We're just born this way? Uhm. Silver doesn't do anything to us. We're not ruled by the moon or anything. Stuff like that. And yeah, there are other kinds of shape-shifters. I think we're the most common, though. So to speak.
I think there are some that are born where I'm from, but - well, I actually have no idea how it works for them. They don't really hand out pamphlets, but we do have purebreds.
